Valoriani Rotating Series

Thanks to their immense experience in the refractory field, Valoriani made its first Rotating Pizza Oven, available in a wood/gas combination. Key characteristics that put the Valoriani Rotating oven ahead of its competitors are: * Refractory baking floor made from Cotto clay, not of concrete. * Spitfire Gas Burner tailor-made to satisfy the baking requirements of the oven. Made to emulate wood burning, saving fuel and labor costs involved in maintaining the temperature. *R.H.S.® System (Recycling Heating System) that allows for faster heat recovery during peak use, by circulating heat evenly around (underneath the cooking floor) at very high temperatures. * Use of the best insulating materials available on the market. All of these features allow a remarkable consumption saving and an easy achievement of temperature suitable also for Neapolitan Pizza. The easy and reliable control panel allows to easily regulate all the oven’s functionality; like the baking temperature, the floor rotation speed, baking timers and the control over the RHS System.

Valoriani Commercial Wood Fired Ovens Serie OT imported by Vesuvio, are fully assembled and made in Italy, ready for installation and operation. Equipped with an external oven finish of metal cladding, glazed with fire retardant paint, and containing the Commercial Serie GR components, the Serie OT can be installed on a frame or base and represents a complete solution for any commercial application.

Equipped with an external rendered oven finish the Serie Igloo can also be customised by creating a specially built external oven finish. Containing the Commercial Serie GR components, the Serie Igloo can be installed on a frame or base and represents a complete solution for any commercial application.

Valoriani Commercial “Valoriani Verace” approved by A.V.P.N, offers a unique cooking system. The patented R.H.S. (Recycling Heating System) allows the recovery and exploitation of the emissions by recycling at the high temperature under the baking floor. Thanks to the R.H.S., the baking floor temperature remains consistent, even in those floor areas which are away from the heat source. It is imported in Australia by Vesuvio Wood Fired Ovens.
